Teletruk Forklift Training

Teletrucks are particularly useful in industries where space is at a premium, such as builders’ merchants, recycling centres, and warehouses with limited access. The forward reach of the boom means operators can load directly into lorries or across a vehicle, saving time and improving site safety by reducing movement.

The visibility and manoeuvrability of a Teletruck also make it ideal for busy yards or sites with uneven terrain. Its ability to handle different attachments, including buckets and grabs, means it can easily switch between lifting, loading, and material handling duties without needing multiple machines.

Train on your site, with your machine

Our Teletruck Forklift Training Course is delivered on-site using your own equipment, so your team can train in the environment they know best. The course is fully compliant with ITSSAR standards and tailored to your specific workplace requirements. Delegates will gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to operate a Teletruck safely and confidently.

The session starts with a health and safety briefing and safety video before moving on to practical training, which benefits from having empty pallets available for practice.

We offer four course options depending on experience:

• Novice Course – 3 days (for 1 delegate) or 4 days (for 2–5 delegates)
• Experienced Operator Course – 2 days
• Refresher Course – 1 day
• Conversion Course – 2 days (for those already certified on a different type of forklift)
