After a safety induction and video, delegates undertake hands-on training in a familiar layout with practice pallets.

Available courses:

• Novice – 3 days (1 delegate) or 4–5 days (2–5 delegates)

• Experienced Operator – 2–3 days

• Refresher – 1 day

• Conversion – 2 days

On completion, delegates receive a forklift truck certificate.
